Term Of Services
β₯ By commissioning me, you confirm understanding and agreement to the following β₯
GENERAL
Please do not send PSD file before confirming the collaboration.
The final quote can only be given after receiving the PSD file and full requirements.
Before that, I can only provide an approximate range.The PSD file and full requirements should be submitted to me 2-4 weeks in advance to allow enough time for preparation.
Late submission may result in delay or cancellation of the commission, and I won't be responsible for any resulting losses.
Once a commission is accepted, please do not change the artist or expand the project without prior notice.
Such changes may seriously affect my evaluation and scheduling, and any resulting cancellation is not my responsibility.No changes to the PSD or requirements will be accepted once the commission begins.
Commission usually takes 1-2 weeks, complex content needs extra 5-15 days.
Clear and timely communication is important to keep the project progressing smoothly.
24 hours without response: reminder sent.
48 hours: work paused.
72 hours: collaboration terminated. Resuming progress is not guaranteed and depends on my current availability and discretion.
PAYMENTS
The bill will be sent via PayPal, with an additional service fee from the platform.
The 20% of the initial price will serve as a deposit to secure my slot.
Work will only begin once 50% of the full payment is received.
REVISIONS
After the work is done, feel free to ask me to fix any BUGs you find.
If you want to make changes to the confirmed contents after 2 weeks, I will charge an extra fee.
I may decline or advise against requests that are not technically, physically, or aesthetically feasible. I kindly ask clients to trust my professional judgment on such matters.
DELIVERY
The final files will be delivered via Google Drive once the remaining 50% payment is received.
The files I provide will be adapted to the face capture software VTube Studio, which contains full VTS model config and hotkey bindings.
I am unable to provide the project source file (.cmo3) for personal commissions.
In certain cases, the source file may be purchased for an additional fee, provided it is discussed in advance.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I reserve the right to showcase the model. Please inform me in advance if confidentiality is required.
You may use the model for livestreaming and personal creative work.
Personal commission models may not be shared, redistributed, rented, bulk sales, mass-produced, or used in corporate-level commercial projects without a separate contract.
Please credit my social media ID(X@NatsuPP3) when using the model.
REFUNDS
If the commission is canceled for your reasons, the deposit will not be refunded.
You can terminate the project at any time before the work is completed.I will make a partial refund based on the progress of the work.
The refund will have the applicable handling fees deducted.
No refunds will be accepted for any reason after the production is fully completed.

If I accept your commission, I will send a deposit invoice for 20% of the starting price. Your slot will be locked once payment is received.
Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation for personal reasons.γ PSD CHECK & QUOTATION SHEET γ
The finished PSD should be sent to me 2-4 weeks before the agreed slot ,I will check the PSD,and check the detailed requirements with you.
If the splitting is not enough for rigging, I will do additional splitting and charge for it.
Once all details are confirmed, I will send a final detailed quotation and an invoice for 50% of the full amount. Work will begin on the agreed date after payment is received.γ STAGE FEEDBACK γ
As I don't have a fixed rigging sequence:
β₯ If you don't have a specific request, I will provide a face capture video to show you the final result directly after all the rigging work is done.
You can suggest more than one change at a time.
β₯ If you have points you really care about,you may request feedback videos at up to 5 stages.
Each stage allows for only one revision.γ FINAL DELIVERY γ
I will send a invoice for the remaining balance after the final modifications are completed.
After payment is received, I will deliver the Live2D model run file via email.
